How it works
One loop, run every month.
Most marketing analysis is a project. It lands, it's right for about ninety days, and then it's a PDF nobody opens. Proga runs the same four steps every month — and each pass starts from what changed since the last one.
The loop
Map, diagnose, draft, track.
Map
Your journey, not a template. Five stages — awareness, consideration, purchase, retention, advocacy — laid out the way your buyers actually move through them. An off-pattern business gets a custom map, not the nearest lookalike.
Diagnose
Your CRM export, your analytics, your own marketing content, your reviews and your competitors — read against each other, not one at a time. Proga scores each stage, names the one costing you most, and cites every finding back to the file it came from.
Draft
Every move ships with the asset it needs — the rewritten page, the talk track, the objection handler, the email sequence. Written in your voice, ready to review and run. Not a list of suggestions.
Track
Every move carries a metric, a baseline and a target. Mark it done and Proga stays on that number — so next month's run starts from what actually changed, not from a blank page.
The rhythm
What the first ninety days look like.
Day one
A 15-minute kickoff and your website address. Proga reads what's public — your pages, your reviews, your competitors — before you upload anything. No pixel, no warehouse, no integration project.
Week one
You hand over what isn't public: a CRM export, an analytics screenshot, a deck, a call recording. Whatever you have. Proga names what's missing rather than guessing at it, and tells you which single export would sharpen the diagnosis most.
First report
The stage that's costing you most, scored and cited. Three moves, ranked. The assets to run them, already drafted. And the five numbers Proga will watch from here.
Every month
You mark what you shipped. Proga re-reads the numbers, tells you which move landed and which didn't, and runs the loop again from there. The second report is better than the first because it knows what you did.
What lands
Three things, every cycle.
01
A scored diagnosis
Every stage rated against your own evidence, with the biggest leak named and the reasoning shown. Each finding says which of your files it came from.
02
Moves with the work done
Each move is an action, an owner-sized scope, a metric, a baseline and a target — plus the drafted asset it needs. Review it, change what you want, ship it.
03
A scoreboard that persists
Five numbers, entered or pulled once a month. Proga shows the before and after of every move you marked done — including the ones that didn't work.
Honest
If the evidence doesn't support a finding, Proga says so and names the export that would settle it, rather than inventing a number. A confident wrong answer is worse than an open question.
